BPN Gelar Layanan Cantik di Kecamatan Kembangan Hingga Akhir April

West Jakarta BPN Holds Mobile Land Service in Kembangan

West Jakarta Land Agency (BPN) on Monday (4/6) launched its "Cantik" service (Cepat, Aman, Terintegrasi, Elektronik) at Kembangan Sub-district office. The service is scheduled to run through the end of April.

"The service will be available every Monday throughout April,"

Kembangan Sub-district Head Joko Suparno said the Cantik program is being introduced for the first time in West Jakarta, with eight residents accessing the service on day one.

"The service will be available every Monday throughout April. On the first day, eight residents accessed consultation services," he informed.

Joko explained that the mobile service is carried out using the BPN's "Larasati" (People's Service for Land Certification) mobile unit from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM.

"This program is very helpful for residents who need land-related services," he added.

Head of Land Arrangement and Empowerment Section at the West Jakarta Land Agency, Dedi Rahmat Wiganda, said the program will be rolled out across all eight sub-districts.

The schedule includes Kembangan in April, Kalideres in May, Cengkareng in June, Grogol Petamburan in July, Taman Sari in August, Tambora in September, Palmerah in November, and Kebon Jeruk in December.

"This program aims to improve service quality and transparency through electronic-based systems while bringing services closer to the community at no cost," he emphasized.

The program offers various consultation services, including land information, mortgage clearance (roya), and land rights conversion for residential properties under 600 square meters.

"We have deployed 12 personnel to serve residents during this program," he said.

Residents are advised to bring their land documents and access the Ministry of ATR/BPN's Sentuh Tanahku app before processing.

"The Cantik service also aims to eliminate the perception that land administration is complicated and bureaucratic," he added.
